General Fittness / Running
SwannyFit-
Well
it is now spring and things are really hotting up down at Swanny.
The ‘Fitness Fanatics’ session has been upgraded and supersized
and comes to you this spring as the newly named ‘SwannyFit’.
And we too have decided to step up our training sessions.
As of Saturday 17th September a purely swimming session will be taking place
at Claremont Pool from 7.30- 8.30am.
The pool is heated so there is absolutely no excuse for staying at home!
Other fitness sessions will remain at normal times, so the SwannyFit schedule
is as follows:
Tues,
Thurs 6.00- 7.00am
Swimming/ paddling/ running- gym circuit if weather is bad!
Meet in gym
Sat 7.30- 8.30am
Swimming
Meet at Claremont Pool

Here are some of the swimming squads you will find some die hard swanny members
swimming at so early in the season:
Peter Trench Swimming Group: Bold Park Aquatic Centre 5.30 Am to 7.00 AM Monday,
Wednesday and Friday
Stadium Tri Club: Challenge Stadium: 7.00 Pm to 8.30 Pm Monday and Wednesday
